The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) is inviting proposals for research on detection of gravitational waves under the National Key R&D Program 2020 (引力波探測重點專項).

Eligible unit for proposal submission. Via either

HKU (grants for successful projects can cross boundary to be used in Hong Kong), or

HKU-SIRI (grants can only be used on the mainland).

Principal investigator can only choose one affiliated unit for application, NOT both.
