The Ministry of Science and Technology is inviting direct applications in Hong Kong for the National Key R&D Programme 2021 to address specifically “key scientific issues of transformative technology” (国家重点研发计划“变革性技术关键科学问题”重点专项). The research directions will focus around space, electronic information, materials, geosciences and life sciences.
